              Dear Friends and colleagues!
I would like to extend my warm thanks to you for visiting my website. I really know that you must be very eager to know something a litle about me, in the sensethat you may be interested in being familiar with my history. That being a very important aspect,I find it very favourably to just present a brief of mine, which in one way or another will not be something very different from my Curriculum Vitae, CV.

To start with,
I am a fourth born from a family of seven,my three brothers being
Richard,Charles and Justin, and my two young sisters being Kotilde and Valeriana. Our daddy is Danford Machella and our mammy is Agnes Membe.
I currently am aged 27,born in late april,1978,
in a village called RONDO
in Lindi Region situated in the Southern part of                                              Tanzania.

                   Nursery School.
At the age of three, my two bothers used to carry me to a nursery school
commonly called Chekechea Or Kindergatten, because we had no sister to take care of me at that particular time.Attending at the pre-school lessons was my favourite tendency, because despite being taught how to read and write, our Mwalimu used to provide us with sugar-and-milk porridge,a thing which I liked very much, and at the time of departure, our Roman Catholic Parish Priest used to provide us with sweets, chocolates and many other edible stuffs. This made me attending at school everyday, and I wished we could be attending even during the weekends.Another thing interested me much at the 'School' was the habit of singing to the top of our voices.Despite the fact that our voices and tones sounded aukwardly, our teacher didn't seem to mind, anyway.
To me,life during pre-school was very precious.

Joining Primary School.
At the age of nine, myfather enrolled me to join primary school. At first, I flatly refused to join Standard one, because I was told that there were no longer porridge, chocolates and other similar stuffs at primary school. To make things worse,I several times saw pupils being flogged by their teachers once they arrived at school late,or if they made noises during class-hours,a thing which did not exist in pre-school.At first,I was very unconfortable with the prevailed education system(I was about to give up),but as days went on I gradually coped with the situation and slowly forgeting what I was enjoying at the Kindergatten.

                      Secondary level.
In 1993,I completed my primary education and successfuly passed my final exams. My diligence and endless attendance and offering services during the holy mass at the parish church enforced my Parish Priest to advice me to join Seminary School. I was very happy with the priest's advise because, being a Seminarian and ultimately a priest was my gratest aspiration.I definitely knew that Priests are good, reasonable and merciful people and I liked their attitude and living style very much.

Without hesitating,I entertained his advice and joined at the Seminary in January 1994.

Life in the Seminary was not as simple as I thought before. In the Seminary,Students were required to be very respectful, punctual and obedient. Misbehaved and sturbbon students were either punushed severely or expelled from the Seminary.
At first I started to lose hope in fear of being expelled from the school because I was in some way sturbbon, although, when I was still at home,my father did now and then warned me on the danger of being too playful and careless.
Nevertheless,I tried my levelbest to follow all the Seminary regulations, and in 1998,I successfully completed my O-Level studies with "flying color passmarks"

With these best exam results,I was selected at the same Seminary for Advanced level studies, taking Science subjects i.e,Physics,Chemistry and Biology(PCB). I completed my A-level studies in May,2001,but due to reasons beyond my grasp,I could not be able to pursue priesthood, and I therefore in the very year, engaged in teaching activities.
